Return and Refund Policy
To complete a return, please find the application form by clicking on the "Returns Center" in the main menu.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return:
- From when you received your order, you must send us 4 clear photos as proof within 3 working days. One-three photos are not enough.
- Keep it in the same condition that you have received it in.
- The photos are sent to the supplier and if he agrees, we will email you the return address. If the supplier does not agree, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If the item does not fit, you need to measure the dress/suit as well as your own measurements. Email the measurements to firstname.lastname@example.org. Keep in mind that you have to take your measurements according to the size chart provided before ordering and choose the dress'/suit's size nearest to the size you normally wear.
- You have 2 workdays to send the item back. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We must receive it within 30 workdays.
- After inspecting the item, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved the refund will either be a full refund, or partial. A partial refund is based on the supplier's discretion.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 5-7 working days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation of Order
After payment: within 24 hours, you can get a 100% refund. If after 24 hours have gone by, you will receive a 50% refund. After 48 hours only the shipping cost will be refunded.
Please understand, because the items in my store are all made to order, after 24 hours of payment, items are already in sewing. Even if you want to cancel the order, this piece has been stitched to the finished item. We will throw it away, so we can only refund the shipping cost to you. Thank you for your understanding!
